Schedule: It is very important that we stay on schedule, so please help us to get your team moving in between games.
Registration: The head and/or assistant coach of each team needs to visit the Breakout Lacrosse tent to register their team before their first game. Parents and players should not be registering themselves individually.
- Any outstanding payments that need to be paid for participation.
- All of their players’ parent waiver forms.
Directions: The Maryland SoccerPlex is located in Boyd’s Maryland off of I-270. http://www.mdsoccerplex.org/contact/directions/index_E.html
Field Location/Set-Up/Parking: We will be using fields #18, #19, and #20 at the Maryland SoccerPlex. Once on SoccerPlex grounds, you will see well marked signs for the parking lots connecting to fields #18, #19, and #20.
It may be crowded during the weekend because the facility is hosting a Home and Garden show in their main building. Other than traffic, this will not impact the tournament.

When parking, please refrain from parking along the main roadway in the SoccerPlex grounds. $50 fines will be assessed by the Park Police for parking in non-marked areas. There are over 250 parking spots allotted for our event, so we should not have a parking issue.
Breakout Tent/Trainers Area: The Breakout Lacrosse tent/headquarters will be situated in between fields #19 and #20 as well as the trainer’s station. A certified trainer will be present at all times during the Shootout.
Merchandise/Concessions – We will have March Meltdown t-shirts, Breakout t-shirts and wool hats for sale at the event. Paradise Concessions will also be providing concessions for the event.
Team Areas: The areas around the fields will be muddy and wet. We will have certain areas for teams to set up. If there are any questions please contact us before setup. The Shootout directors will be patrolling the field areas to make sure you are sitting in a safe area.
*Please police your own areas for any trash. We have a wonderful facility to use and we would greatly appreciate it if each organization does their part to help keep it CLEAN!
Inclement Weather : In the event of lightning in the atmosphere, the Maryland SoccerPlex is equipped with a device that will signal electricity nearby. The device will sound 3 loud horns which signals all outdoor participants to immediately clear their respective fields and into their vehicles. The device will sound one long horn when it’s all clear to return to the fields.
